McPherson Main Street hosts the community's favorite fall event in Downtown McPherson

Burnin' Down Main offers fun, family-friendly activities while serving up the best chili, soup and dessert in town. Come enjoy a great day of live music, family fun and great FOOD!

Competing teams begin cooking as early as 6:30 a.m. and must have samples ready for the public tasting from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. All tasters must purchase a $5 wristband to receive a sample of each entry and to vote for Best Chili & Best Soup. Wristbands also provide the chance to sample multiple desserts after the Dessert Contest judging.

Anyone can enter for a refundable $25 entry fee. Dessert entries are $10 and are non-refundable.
