McPherson Pipeliners

"Baseball was, is and always will be to me the best game in the world." - Babe Ruth

McPherson hit a grand slam when the McPherson Pipeliners were established in 2018.

The amateur baseball club chose McPherson as its home after signing a three-year contract with National Baseball Congress (NBC) and Kansas Collegiate League Baseball (KCLB). All home games are played at Light Capital Field. Each season features talented athletes from across the nation playing more than 15 home games.

The general manager works collaboratively with Head Coach Chris Dawson, Assistant Coach JD Noey and Pitching Coach Doug Gove to provide a competitive baseball program. All games are free and open to the public.

"My host family gave me a home away from home and made me feel like a part of the family. Without them, it wouldn't have been possible to be a Pipeliner."
