What do I do if my residential sewer backs up?
The City of McPherson is responsible for providing reliable sanitary sewer service to all residents. If you have a problem with your sanitary sewer system, it could be in your own lateral system or in the city’s sewer main. If you suspect the problem is in the city’s main, please contact us. You will not be charged by the city to investigate where the problem is coming from. This is a service you are entitled to as a resident of the City of McPherson.
