The City of McPherson manages an ongoing list of goals and projects while striving to maintain the beauty of the McPherson Cemetery. Routine activities include mowing, removal of faded or broken graveside decorations, tree maintenance and cemetery road improvements. Most recently, cemetery staff oversaw the construction of a new memorial island as outlined in a capital improvement plan.
